		Yay! This was posted on the Tolkien Online message board (and no, I don't normally visit that site; I got the link from somewhere else): "In the new edition of the Fan Club magazine, PJ says there will be 43 minutes of new material in the extended TTT. It was completed over the Christmas and New Year's holidays. Howard Shore is still putting the finishing touches on the extended score (that was back in January when the interview was given). He says this is more than the 32 minutes in FOTR. He describes 2 new scenes with Merry, Pippin and Treebeard. 43 minutes folks! Sounds very good to me. PJ also indicates he had locked the first 25 minutews of ROTK at that time also." grins :: juliet :: 10:10 PM :: 0 comments
